Instructions for Building a Miracle

Tools You Will Need:

• Eyes with which to envision it (and to see it when it happens),
• A heart with which to feel it,
• Hands with which to go out and build the damn thing already.

Any or all of these tools may be metaphorical, particularly if there are limitations in your physical ones. They also don't all have to belong to you personally--sometimes it's better if the tools are shared.

But with miracles as with gas grills or table saws or Swedish furniture or complex children's toys, if you wait for some invisible, supernatural hand to come along and build it for you then all you will ever have is a bunch of useless parts in a box.
